Please note the following conditions for a Price Match:

• Jack's Price Matching applies only with National online competitors and Phoenix Arizona Metro Area retailers with an actual store front, excluding membership sites, auction sites or non-retail postings.
• The competitor must be offering the same brand and model number with the same or better delivery method to be considered for a Price Match.  Additionally, the competitor can not be offering a price that is below that manufacturers set suggested pricing. The item must have the serial/SKU number clearly visible on the competitor’s website to identify the product.
• Price Matches are determined by the final price displayed in the competitor’s online cart, advertisement or invoice, including the item price, any applicable sales tax, and any shipping or handling fees.  This determines the final cost to you by the competitor and the cost needed to Price Match.
• Free delivery is not included with price matches. You may pick up your furnitrue from our distribution facility at no extra cost.
  
• Back-ordered, out of Stock and discontinued items are not eligible for Price Matches unless approved by a store manager.
  
• Price Matches are honored for competitors in the United States.
  
• Certain manufacturer restrictions may apply.
• A 10-20% restocking fee may apply on returned Price Match items.
