If you are unhappy for any reason, you may return your purchase for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the date of your purchase. We will even come pick it up.* No hidden fees, no restocking fees.
If you are returning an item because of damage or manufacturer’s defect you must complete a return authorization form on our website or in the store within 14 days of the receipt of your purchased good(s).
Our return policy does not apply to special orders that are being held in our warehouse for a delayed delivery date without management approval at time of purchase.
If you choose to return any item AND your item(s) were delivered instead of being picked up, Jack's Warehouse will make only one return pick-up trip per order at no cost to you.
After the purchased returned merchandise has returned to the Jack’s Warehouse distribution center, has been inspected and is in the same condition as it was when delivered, a full refund or store credit will be issued within 48 hours.
All "Clearance" item sales are final and not eligible for our 14-day return policy guarantee.
Returns over $2,500 may be subject to a 20% restocking fee at the store manager’s discretion if the number of returned items is more than three items and that refund exceeds $2,500.
Our no-cost return item pickup service excludes items that were picked up by the customer after purchasing from a sales center or distribution center instead of being delivered by Jack's Warehouse Delivery. Jack’s Warehouse does offer a pickup return service at $39.95 for Zone 1 and $59.95 for Zone 2.
Financing Customers: There is a 3% restocking fee on any item that is returned. The $40 down payment will not be refunded on any return for financed customers.
All returns must be accompanied with all the original packaging if they were picked up or delivered either by “curbside” or “threshold” delivery.
