If you are unhappy for any reason, you may return your purchase for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the date of your purchase. We will even come pick it up.* No hidden fees, no restocking fees.







  • If you are returning an item because of damage or a manufacturers defect YOU MUST complete a damage return form within 14 days of the receipt of your purchased goods.
  • Our return policy does not apply to special orders or orders that are being held in our warehouse for a delayed delivery date without management approval at time of purchase.
  • If you choose to return any item, Jack's Warehouse will make only one return pick-up trip per order at no cost to you. 
  • After the purchased merchandise has returned to a Jack's Warehouse location, has been inspected and is in the same condition as it was when picked up or delivered, a full refund or store credit will be issued.
  • All "Clearance" item sales are final and not subject to our 14-day return policy guarantee whatsoever.
  • Returns over $3,500 are subject to manager approval and may be subject to a restocking fee if the quantity of returned items is more than one item. (Please inquire for more information.)
  • *Our free pick up service from your home or office is not included in our return policy when the purchased item was picked up by the customer from a sales center or distribution center after purchase rather than being delivered by Jack's Warehouse Delivery. For this situation, we do offer pick up service at $39.95 for Zone 1 and $59.95 for Zone 2.
  • All mattresses must be in the original UNOPENED packaging in order to be returned.
  • On all financed (90 days same as cash) purchases, the finance fee will not be refunded with a return. (Please inquire for more information.)
  • On all financed (90 days same as cash) purchases, there is a $40 cancellation fee associated with all returns within the standard 14 days return period.
  • All returns must be accompanied with all original packaging.
